Balmorex Ingredients Review: What the Current Label Lists

The complete current label is more useful than a marketing ingredient carousel. Here we transcribe the label, classify the evidence and flag missing concentrations.

Balmorex Pro jar with botanical ingredient imagery

Current product imagery used as visual context; research is assessed ingredient by ingredient.

Direct answer: The current Balmorex Pro label lists 28 ingredients [source]. It includes the eight ingredients highlighted by the seller—MSM, arnica oil, hemp seed oil, Boswellia/Indian frankincense, aloe vera, magnesium sulfate/Epsom salt, shea butter and ginger—plus menthol, camphor, bromelain, niacin and the cream's base/formulation ingredients. The label does not disclose concentrations.
Why the count can look different from “27-in-1”The seller markets a “27-in-1” formula, but the current full ingredient panel we reviewed contains 28 listed entries when water and formulation components are counted. We do not infer which 27 ingredients the marketing phrase is intended to count.

Which ingredients have human research?

IngredientEvidence locatedEvidence distance from Balmorex ProWhat can be said responsibly
Arnica oilA randomized double-blind study compared a specific topical arnica gel with ibuprofen gel in 204 people with hand osteoarthritis.Same route, different formulaTopical arnica has human clinical research, but that trial does not test Balmorex, its arnica concentration or its complete mixture.
MSMRandomized trials have evaluated oral MSM in knee osteoarthritis / mild knee-pain contexts.Different routeOral MSM findings cannot establish the effect of topical MSM in Balmorex without absorption and dose data.
Boswellia serrataRandomized placebo-controlled trials exist for standardized oral Boswellia extracts.Different route / standardized extractsThese studies support interest in Boswellia as an ingredient, not proof for topical Balmorex.
Ginger root extractA small study evaluated topical ginger compresses/patches in osteoarthritis symptoms.Same route, very different interventionRelevant only as indirect topical-context evidence; it does not establish Balmorex efficacy.
Menthol & camphorFDA's external-analgesic monograph recognizes specific concentration ranges for certain uses.Concentration missingThe Balmorex label lists both ingredients but gives no percentages, so we do not infer monograph conformity or drug status.
Aloe, hemp seed oil, shea butter and othersThese ingredients have various cosmetic, skin-care or preclinical literature, but no exact Balmorex evidence was identified.Indirect / uncertainDo not turn general ingredient familiarity into a finished-product clinical claim.

Formula transparency: what is still missing?

Missing

Ingredient concentrations

The label provides an ingredient list but no percentages for menthol, camphor, MSM, arnica, Boswellia or other highlighted ingredients.

Missing

Finished-product pharmacokinetics

We did not locate public data showing how much of the key ingredients penetrate skin from this specific base at the suggested once-daily use.

Missing

Finished-product clinical trial

We did not identify a randomized clinical trial of Balmorex Pro itself, so ingredient research remains indirect.

Information gainA useful ingredient review is not a list of ingredients followed by a list of benefits. It should show the exact product label, explain route/dose mismatches, and state where evidence stops.

Ingredient review FAQs

Does Balmorex Pro contain menthol and camphor?

Yes, both appear on the current seller-hosted ingredient label. Their concentrations are not shown on the label image we reviewed.

Does Balmorex Pro contain MSM?

Yes. The current label lists MSM (methylsulfonylmethane). Human MSM trials we located used oral dosing, which is not the same route as this cream.

Is Boswellia research proof that Balmorex works?

No. The Boswellia trials we located studied standardized oral extracts, not the current Balmorex topical formula.
